Memorial Day weekend 5 of us got in a van and left Seattle for Lincoln City and even though it was supposed to rain we went anyway. The following is the third installment of what happened.
As the saying goes, variety is the spice of life. Not to say that Lincoln City doesn’t have variety because it most definitely does but, we decided that we should head down the coast a bit and the rain in the morning at Lincoln City made it seem like a good idea. So we headed south.
The first stop was Newport, Oregon and my take away from this park was that it was rough. So rough that chunks came out of my wheels. We did have fun there anyway because hey, it’s skating and skating is fun. Continue reading Lincoln City Trip Day 3→

So Friday morning we packed up the van and after we all met up in Renton, Washington we hit the road. The ground was wet and the weather report bad and things weren’t looking too good. We drove through many rain squalls on the way to our first stop at the skatepark in Woodland, Washington. We stayed for about five minutes and it started to rain. Hard. We did, however, get a call from Erik who said it was drying up in Battleground, Washington and so that’s where we went next.
