So a little bit earlier in the year summer was coming to a close. So we went out on a trip to take advantage of what little time in the sun we were going to get. A new Park in Laconner, Oak Harbor, Port Townshend, Port Angeles, Forks and a secret spot on Bainbridge were all on the agenda. We had a blast and shot some video when we remembered to do it.
After an unusually balmy Saturday and an epic day if skating this dreary Sunday seemed like a good opportunity to catch up on the latest magazines that arrived this week.
It’s not skating but then I’ve always enjoyed a fresh crop of photos and printed words about skating.
Hanging out drinking a good cup of coffee with my partner is also one of the best things in life.
It’s definitely turning to winter around here. The days are getting short and cold. The downside of being a responsible adult and holding down a job means that in these northern latitudes the sun is out while work happens; leaving skating for days off work.
So you get it while you can. Even if that means ducking security and skating across the giant parking lot from the office to the car.
